Turning complex, multi-omics data into clear, actionable insights remains a primary bottleneck in modern drug development. In this webinar, Bridge Informatics, Miraomics, and Pythia BioSciences demonstrate an integrated, end-to-end workflow designed to accelerate discovery and increase confidence across the R&D lifecycle—from target selection and mechanism of action (MoA) to indication prioritization and biomarker strategy.

Using a real-world use case in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CESC), we will explore how hypoxia and other critical dysregulated pathways drive disease progression. We will be using several omics types including the new 10X Atera data.

What will be covered:

  • Customizable Bioinformatics Infrastructure: How Bridge Informatics builds scalable pipelines that transform raw sequencing data into analysis-ready formats.

  • Precision Cell Typing with MiraTyper: Leveraging AI-driven cell type identification and malignant cell probability scoring to map the tumor microenvironment with unprecedented accuracy.

  • Integrated Multi-Omics Exploration: Utilizing Pythia’s advanced analysis platform and expert curated database to cross-validate and dive deeper biological context.

  • The Power of Integration: A live demonstration showing how these three layers work in harmony to move from raw data to high-confidence therapeutic insights.

Talks delivered by:

Eugene Bolotin, Ph.D. - CEO & Principal Consultant at MiraOmics

Alissa Cait, PhD - Data Scientist at Bridge Informatics

Brett Pickett, Ph.D. - Associate Professor at Brigham Young University & CSO at Pythia BioSciences

Tristan Gill - CEO at Pythia BioSciences

Looking forward to seeing you all at the webinar!
