About Open Omics

Public omics databases are valuable resources for drug development research and biomedical research in general, yet are currently available in raw and unstandardized formats, in different repositories hosted on different sites.

Open Omics is a collaboration program by Pythia Biosciences, with an aim to create a united public omics data portal, helping scientists easily and interactively access multiple public omics databases in one single place - via the C-DIAM Multi-Omics Studio platform.

Under this program, scientists will be able to get free access to the curated multi-omics databases and analytics in C-DIAM Multi-Omics Studio. The program lasts till Dec 31, 2024.

Interactively access 1000+ omics datasets

Public omics data are usually hosted in different repositories and come in different formats, creating challenges when scientists want to cross-analyze them. The Open Omics database hosted in C-DIAM Multi-Omics Studio aims to bring all those data into one single place, with standard formats and GUI for exploration. It is currently incorporating data from different omics types, including Bulk RNA-seq, Single-cell RNA-seq, Proteomics and Spatial Transcriptomics, and from different databases.
